2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the taya555 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

- You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines;

- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
3.2 taya555 conducts age and identity verification as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal. Players who fail to complete or pass KYC verification may have their accounts suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.
3.3 taya555 uses commercially reasonable measures to prevent access by minors and cooperates fully with PAGCOR in any investigation related to underage gambling.
4 Account Registration
4.1 Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the taya555 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
4.2 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. taya555 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any Account found to have been transferred.
4.4 taya555 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
KYC Verification
4.5 Prior to processing your first withdrawal, taya555 will require documentary proof of identity and address. Acceptable documents include:
- Government-issued photo ID: UMID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID;
- Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days;
- Source of funds documentation may be requested for large transactions in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
4.6 Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by taya555 may result in temporary account restriction or closure.
5 Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya555 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share, disclose, or allow access to your Account by any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You must notify taya555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. taya555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
5.3 taya555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
5.4 taya555 will never request your Account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to taya555 support immediately.
6 Deposits & Payments
6.1 taya555 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change.
6.2 All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged by taya555 on PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated within the Cashier section of your Account.
6.4 All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in funds being returned and the Account being investigated.
Anti-Money Laundering: taya555 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to monitor and report suspicious financial activity. taya555 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and subsequent amendments. By depositing funds, you warrant that the source of those funds is lawful.
7 Withdrawals
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment instruments registered in the Account holder's own name. taya555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to taya555's satisfaction. taya555 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
7.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where taya555's compliance procedures require additional verification. taya555 will notify the Player of any delay and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so.
7.4 taya555 aims to process approved GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers vary by institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
7.5 taya555 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account activity that taya555 reasonably suspects may constitute fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7.6 Any applicable withdrawal fees are disclosed within the Cashier section. taya555 does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts.
8 Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 taya555 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Account alongside or separately from the real money balance, as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 taya555 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements, using automated software or betting strategies designed to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other conduct that taya555 determines constitutes unfair exploitation of a promotional offer.
8.4 taya555 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied and any applicable withdrawal conditions are met.
8.6 taya555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect a Player's ability to complete wagering requirements already in progress under existing terms.
9 Gameplay Rules
9.1 Each game available on the taya555 Platform is subject to its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real money wagers.
9.2 All game outcomes on the taya555 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in live dealer environments. 10 Prohibited Conduct
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya555 Platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted by taya555;
- Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of any game, transaction, or feature;
- Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposit transactions;

- Money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine financial crime legislation;

10.2 taya555 reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action against Players engaged in prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
11 Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the taya555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, audio, video, and interface design — is the property of taya555 or its content licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya555 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any taya555 Platform content without express written consent from taya555.

14.1 taya555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
- Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
- Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
14.2 In the event of Account closure by taya555 for reasons not related to Player misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
14.3 Where Account closure follows a finding of misconduct, fraud, or Terms violation, taya555 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.
14.4 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting taya555 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any active bonuses will be voided.
15 Limitation of Liability
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya555's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by taya555 shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
15.2 taya555 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, regardless of whether taya555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.3 taya555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. taya555 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits taya555's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the taya555 Platform, you agree to first contact taya555 support in good faith to seek resolution. taya555 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through taya555's internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
16.4 Subject to Section 16.3, both parties agree that the Courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
17 Amendments to These Terms
17.1 taya555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, taya555 will provide advance notice through the Platform interface and, where reasonably practicable, via the email address registered to your Account.
17.2 Changes take effect on the published effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following that date constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
